I know even when I was in, it was enforced that adults were not allowed to have any sexual contact between kids.
But that said, it was still a pretty sexually charged atmosphere.
If that person was abused I would think if it was found out that person would be kicked out.
Maybe the next step would be to turn someone like that over to the authorities.
