Your attempt at bolding went all the way to the end of your post because you 'closed' it by typing < b / > instead of < / b >
If you type in the 'close' commands correctly you get this:
I have to agree with what you say about exit counseling. In hindsight, it was a mistake for me to try to bury my past and just move on. That does not work! Your past will always come back to haunt you if you don't deal with it upfront.
