Cedar and Joy look quite alike but they are not one and the same. The Cedar you mention is a former SGA CRO, married to Jason (of Seek and Secundus).
If I understand correctly, both Cedar and Jason are now out of the Family, however Joy remains in WS.
I did notice on the two pictures listed that in one the label "Cedar" is correct. The second picture is actually Joy and is also labelled Cedar. I have notified the xfamily editors and this has been corrected.
