Is the Family responsible for violence?

Consistently though the years, from what I have heard at least, it seems that the Family has only reserved physical violence for its own members, particularly children and teens. Angry public face-slapping, beatings with paddles till blood comes out, terror tactics like roomfuls of adults screaming at some poor kid, pinning someone to the floor in stupid exorcisms, all these actual physical violence committed by actual Family members seem to only happen within the four walls of Family Homes.

But I believe such an environment of good/evil, we/them violence and anger has a potential to spill out of Family Homes.Look at an environment full of extremely violent words and threats, and prayers like "Kill Khomeni" and "Kill so-and-so who is speaking out against the Family." Prayers to kill enemies are standard operating procedure and policy.

I'm not saying the Family don't go out and do violent stuff, but when they do, it always seems to be borderline violence, threats and bluffs. Yes, they stalk and spy and I don't doubt that they hack computers and like Albatross said, try to get confidential phone records. I remember hearing years ago when Vivian was trying to get her kids from the Family, that her lawyers's office mysteriously burned down. And I've heard of police files on the Family "mysteriously" disappearing, supposedly by pro-Family contacts. Coincidence? Sometimes, maybe. But there's a helluva lot of smoke here for there to be no fire at all.

What's scary is we know good and well that the Family has contacts with the mob, the Mafia, organized crime in Japan and Hong Kong, etc. We know they have friends in the military who are used to being rough in dealing with their foes. So my question is, if the Family gets their unscrupulous criminal contacts worked up enough to commit crimes, is the Family ultimately responsible? I believe so.

A relative of mine years ago was working in a night club/restaurant and some Mafia regular customers took a liking to him, so much so that the mob leader one day told him, "I like you. You're mine. Listen, if you ever want anybody killed, just tell me." My relative was shocked and clearly never took the mob up on their offer.

The famous English king, Henry II, was strongly criticized by Thomas a Becket, and Henry said, "Oh that someone would rid me of that man!" and four of Henry's loyal underdogs went out and kill Becket. And Henry II was held responsible.
