Embarrassment of TFI leaderships

She summed things up pretty good in her writing and I applaud her.

It seems that the group of people who worked on the media battles in the past have left the group, James Penn publicly, and many others anonymously. Unlike other members in the group they had access (and actually read) all the documents and information that proved the Family's wrong doing, they were assigned to work hard to protect their leaders. Therefore its members, succeeded in convincing the court, public and their own members of TFI's innocence and the right to exist.

I understand many of those folks may have been paid off as they too seemed to have gone through trauma and doubts, and may still be going through the process of detox, so to speak.

But here is what I think, just because some folks received big favors and help from TFI doesn't mean they owe the Family anything special in return. TFI should have helped all of those who wanted to depart from them on good terms. This is always the trick, they give you a salty cracker (some case lot more than that) when you're thirsty, and they succeeded in making people think they've received a favor from them. You don't realize you were conned of everything until some time later.

TFI seemed to do foul work in dark corners with those who couldn't fight, and usually buried them.

Now there is nobody left in the group to defend their case? All the leadership that remains is ashamed and embarrassed to defend their writings. So they shout, and attack ex-members, calling them detractors because the ex-members do discuss the writings as poppycock, and dangerous drivel, suitable only for secret societies of fanatics, lunatics, and fringe racist thinking.

Is my speculation wrong?
