I was wondering why Berg said he 'made love' with Sara whereas Sara herself said he never actually had sex with her, only groped & tried to force himself on her. I think I now see why. Berg added notes (in brackets) to explain what he actually meant happened when he wrote in his diary 'had nice visit' & 'kissed' etc.
When he said Mary & I had nice visit. (Fucked!) he added 'Fucked!' to show he & Mary had intercourse. But when he says kissed Sara in washhouse (made love!) he doesn't say 'fucked,' so maybe it was everything short of actual intercourse.
