Your're right, I can't imagine a "harsher" question than, "were you present when my children were abused?" But then, "why did you stand by and let it happen?" might be an even tougher one. So I have harsh questions that are extremely important for me to ask. But I have not asked those questions since I visited the FBI. Many people felt hurt or offended by those questions. It horrified me to have to ask them in the first place. I was not trying to be insensitive when I asked them.
