Winters in Pennybridge ( translation of Örebro ) gets anywhere from 0 degrees celcius ( +32 degrees F ) to as low as -25 celcius ( -13 degree F ). With 40km/hour ( 25mph ) wind factor its like -74 F. Depends on the year, the time of year.
