We had requested that Jim voluntarily take time out from posting and he is now temporarily banned from this board. If it's fine with the other coordinators, however, I'll leave this particular post up because it deals with information Jim had previously promised to have online & readers may be interested in seeing it.
However, I wish to remind everyone that since Jim is under a ban again that they refrain from posting to him, whether to challenge or encourage him. Thank you for understanding.
