But on the field we were allowed to provision all kinds of stuff like free dental work. Some of those guys in WS got no dental care cuz they were on tight budgets & they couldn't provision. When they came out to field homes they needed work bad. About allowances I dont know, a lot of homes had flee funds & you got a little bit to buy things you needed, even cologne & stuff.
