Wanker is an American term as well, except it usually only means a useless, self-centered person, nothing more. A lot of Americans, maybe most, don't know that it originated in Britain meaning someone who masturbates.
I guess that means that since she came up with the "Loving Jesus" letters, Maria is a wanker in charge of a wanker cult.
Speaking of wankers and Australian actors, I heard from another Aussie that Crocodile Dundee was really a wanker. Aren't you glad he's no longer the unofficial Australian ambassador to the world?
