You may not want to communicate with an FG, but I've been out for a very long time, and I'm in Texas, and would try to help if you contacted me and my wife--she's not an exer, but her first husband was a "beater & cheater", and she's been through a lot and is very sweet and compassionate. And, mostly because of her, we have a lot of good friends--really sweet people.
You are NOT "nothing", and you DO count. You just need to be around people who have not sold out their natural affections and humanity; that's all.
TF is a TINY little cult, and it's a VERY BIG world out there, with people completely UNLIKE them; I promise.
I hope you find some trustworthy people, and a lot of personal healing. I went throught a lot of the "not wanting to live" stuff, along with wondering who would care if I did, including a parent, a whole family of in-laws and an ex, and so on.
I'm not mentioning my stuff to minimize the importance of your pain. I am just trying to affirm that you are not alone; if you don't want to be.
