Is it possible that instead of second generation adults, the category is actually second generation MEMBERS or something of that nature?
From the glimpses I have caught from similar stat breakdowns on movingon, it appears that rather than classifying their population by adult status, they say rather, "first generation members", "second generation members", etc.
This could explain the discrepency you mention.
