Information needed about "Y.E.S." meetings/fellowship

Some internal Family videos, some of which were from a "Y.E.S." (or "YES") fellowship meeting (possibly held in Thailand or the Philippines), were recently archived at xfamily.org (see link below). They include a video of former Family Prime Minister and current Family Care Foundation president Grant Montgomery (aka Paul Papers, Hosanna, and Gary) teaching a class on the Mo Letter "One Wife."
Information is needed on the date (approximate dates are OK) and place of this meeting(s), what the "Y.E.S." acronym stands for, the organizers, the topics, any Family publications which reference the event, etc.
All I have been able to find so far is a reference in a FSM to a "Philippine Y.E.S" but I am not sure if it is about the same "Y.E.S." meeting in the video.
