I've also learned a lot because people here were vulnerable enough to talk about their physical/mental imbalances and medications. I don't take anything stronger than tylenol and penicillin, but only because I've never needed to. I like doing things the natural way as much as possible but would use heavier medications (cautiously) if I had to.
