You're right that I require a lot of concrete evidence before I believe the Family has made large changes in any given area. Why? Because the Family has made lying, cover-ups & deception part of their official policy. Therefore the onus is entirely on them to prove that they're not simply making misleading PR statements when they say they've made changes in key policies that affect life & death.
