I don't always agree with Dr. Laura, but she is the first public individual who proposed certain behaviors that were truly revolutionary to me. Her book, "10 stupid things women do to mess up their lives" could have been written straight to me. And if I had followed half of that advice, I wouldn't have ended up in half of the messes I did. It's easy to see that now in hindsight, of course.
