Any news on new Oz custody case?

I just read below, " Millikan is a friend of Paul and Joy's and the Family. He recently testified at a custody case in favour of the Family parent."

Any news on how that's turning out? At the time, back a while ago, that exer's wife was claiming she was NOT a Family member, but now even pro-Family Dr. Millikan is testifying on her behalf? Why would he give his Family "expertise" on HER behalf if she's not a Family member?
