Family a criminal organization?

If TF is a spiritual MAFFIA why arent they in jail. Are they that good at avoiding arrest?
Where is the official documentation of TF being a criminal organization, if there is any, or are you just saying that becasue someone else told you that, or you read someone else's post, and becasue TF offended you you want to get back at them? IN that case its bitterness and revenge
