Thanks for posting that Swede. The conversations where that letter appeared occurred before I started coming to this board so I wasn't aware of it.

That letter makes it very clear that Jered, and therefore I assume everyone at LB, has effectively and publicly severed their ties with TF. This is the kind of thing I was talking about when I said that Tim Peters needs to publicly denounce TF's leadership and renounce many of their doctrines and policies.

Jered makes some very good points in his letter, yet Maria and Peter didn't even have the decency to reply to him directly. Apparently, you can only talk to them if you don't criticise them. Since creating their Charter, TF likes to promote the idea that things are so much more freer and democratic. Their apologist James Chancellor makes that claim in his book, which was published in 2000. Yet, we see in Jered's letter, in Steve Matheson's writings in his blog, in Ricky's writings, and in the writings of many other former members who have left TF after 2000, that despite the Charter nothing has really changed much.
