Rixil, I'm very sorry to hear your story. I knew Jim could turn on his own family by the sad way he managed to estrange himself from his daughter Kristi, but I didn't stop to imagine it'd extend to other family members as well.
All I can say is, here's a new thot for all of us: Jim LaMattery doesn't pay his bills. Now that's something the IRS might be interested in. But you seem like far too nice a person to ever press the issue to even small claims court ... tho $10,000 is hardly a 'small claim.'
It makes me wonder how shady the rest of Jim's business dealings are if he'll even swindle his own family members.
