Monger did say, 'the great deal of control top Family leaders undoubtedly have over it' & stated, 'Activated Ministries is rather open about the fact that they nearly exclusively provide support to members of the Family, and that many of their members are members of the Family.'

When he said 'Activated Ministries *is* a separate entity from the Family itself' he put asterixes around the word *is*. I think he realizes what's happening here.

I wonder if all this is a difference in operating style? Monger said Activated was 'unlike FCF, which frequently lies about its connections to the Family.' Do you suppose the greater tendency to deception with FCF is because they're a charity registered with the gov't & Activated is not?
