susie:

Like I said, you've been really sweet to me several times.

I look forward to reading your posts, even when they turn into the "dogamtic atheist pod-person" preaching anti-Godness, and claiming, with no hard data, that all scientific knowledge insists everybody defer and acquiesce to that particular RELIGIOUS point of view. It's not innapropriate, on THOSE terms, to be dicussed here, but not if every other sentence of a dogmatic atheist nature shrilly insists that ALL points ov view are only eqaul superstitions, and all adherents stupid pesecutors of the por, poor anti-goddists.

I don't mind challenging that, and I can do so politely, and quite effectively, since I have seen,as a former militant atheist myself, that dogmatic atheism has HUGE philosophical, scientific and logical problems.

If you are right, what are you afraid of? Hsall we engage as polite and patient adults, or just cry out in yet another ad hominem implied insult that if others won't play right, we'll just take our ball, and go home?

owner/Operator WC and the Coordinators he empowers don't really regard democratic voting as the policy enforced here. It is WCs board; period. It is not a democracy.

So, voting is actually moot.

I don't want to see you go; I count you as an important member of this little virtual "community". I really do. Please stay.

Sincerely,
OT2 (OldtimerToo)

As the other poster said, it would do what you imagine to be your cause a whole lot more good if, as she/he said, you dont continue to "blow peoples' heads off" for mentioning faith in any form (and dogmatic atheism requires MUCH more faith than ANY other belief system) while they are trying to enthusiastically agree with and support.

DID you get the permission of the author of what you reposted? That was my only concernl that you might NOT actually be speaking for them, as HONEST reporting of atheists per capita in the US would make that less probable than not.

You didn't REALLY consider yourself the only supporter of that person; did you?

Sincerely,
OT2 (OldtimerToo)
