I agree to some: quite a surprise to read from Susie, that there are many gods...(forgive my mentioning here in the book of Jonah it says e.g. the mariners were araid, and cried every man unto his god)...that's also my point...so it does depend on the context. In consequence it could mean, that CB has the same perception & is thinking of all the "little ones" we humans can have...

Well, I used some humour in trying to point out, that their should/could be some boss, deserving a capital g...I am just taking written statements a bit as an indicator, where people are at.We all "betray" ourselves sooner or later, about what we really think or believe...ultimately, there is no hiding forever IMO...so for some on journeys the capital g matters for others it doesn't...I can/ have to live with that...I am just allowing myself - thanks for the patience & space - to reflect/ think out "loud".I appreciate your tolerance.

I used humour, but I was also serious & I am glad
you have lots of humour/sarcasm - which helped me to overcome some of the time after TF -but if I could say that: a cock could be somebodys god, as I read also once a banner saying : "-...- you're God" & that was a fairly famous soccer-player...meaning a sport-hero can becaome a god/idol to some...& that the ceasars were idolised is history...but as nice it may seem, it is a mistake to confuse the cock with God...that's also history & TF played a bad part in it.
