"What sort of changes must be made with the family before ex-members could trust the family again?"

It depends on the ex-member, but people become exs- for a reason, and it often has to do with a complete betrayal of trust.

TF/COG has been a religious con game since its inception in the Blighted Mother Viginia Brant. 110%er Systemite speaks truth on that--it's all documented. The Big DB and his ilk, Zerby & Smith, esq., carried on a family history of grifting and psychopathology that may seriously rival the medieval Borga popes. Just track around the xfamily website on Berg and his progeny. Then google "Lucrecia Borga" if you want to know what I think of Zerby.

"Would you return to the family if it was truly reformed?"

No.

They'd have to quit believing Berg is a prophet or man of God or someone's revered patriarch. Berg was a psychotic narcissist who self-medicated with intravenous doses of sherry and port.

The only way the Family could truly reform would be if the leadership did a "prison ministry" of 40 years to life without parole. That's how criminals learn change and reform their ways.

The spiritual founder of TF seems to be a man living with foul, unsettling spirits. Grampy's Ghost lived on with Zerbytch at the Portugeuse H.O.P., where Rick/David did further sexual tutelage under Momma along with the love of his life, Elixia. Their honeymoon wouldn't have been complete without all the lovely girls hanging out at the Family mansion in bathing suits and sarongs.

A vision of what drove Rick to the point of slaughtering another human being and self-annihilation is truly horrifying if you ever care to take a careful look at the sickness that's rotting the Family's head and the hearts of those joined to it.

I do not wish to serve the wicked queen up on the hill, which in the case of the Family, is little more than a hill of termites. There are whole universes of social reality outside The Family that are infinitely better and more pleasing to the Creator.

"What do you miss about life in the family?"

Getting drunk on the Holy Spirit.

Just kidding. I don't miss much of anything about life in Family. Once you live in the System for a few years, you'll realize how much life in the Family really, truly sucks. Assuming you grew up in TF, you may even find yourself getting angry when it begins to dawn on you how badly you got ripped off growing up with a Family education. There are many forms of abuse and neglect in TFI.

"Is it hard to trust your men won't cheat on you after they shared in the family?"

I haven't had that type of experience, but it could be a problem with sexual immaturity.

"I know men that left the family and most are cheaters."

There are probably plenty of women who've left the Family who have this problem, too.
