Creating a safe list

No soultion has been implemented so far, regarding creating a safe list for our regular posters to post anything they want without getting blocked and auto-banned by mistake. I started working on a solution this weekend, and realized there were problems I hadn't considered, and I am lookng into a whole other solution than what I started out with. It will take more time.

Right now I'm not sure what to prioritize. I've got several unfinished projects:

1. creating an improved search function for BB posts
2. creating a search function for pubs
3. creating self-edit scripts so our regulars can help us update articles, like on wikipedia
4. creating a database for displaying articles
5. people's section personal pages
6. people's section directory
7. reformatting the entire site to conform to better heirarchical standards for search engines
8. etc...
