All these issues have been presented, the case is focused on education in the family not sex other then the that existing abusers are still present in the family. We have submited affidavits regarding our education. Belive me if there were any publications regarding education including prior court evidence of kidnaping that we know of they are being submited. If any of you wish to write an affidavite that Colaberate's this or if you have personal knowledge of any of these cases please write one, you were all there you can help. You know the family's teaching standareds.

The father originally (by written agreement with his wife) agreed to share custody; they have for the past few years. It wasn’t till they were finalizing their divorce that she presented that she intended to file for full custody and not allow him to attend a public school. At the time she was living in a smaller home but now is moving into a more commune type home and is currently in the activated home in Escondido. In which she would not be personally teaching her son but rather let the random people they allow to “teach” kids. He has tried to mediate but they are determined to pursue this case.

I still don’t get it. Why? Why are they so determined to separate a father who deeply cares for his son and wants to allow him to make his own decisions? It’s so frustrating they have no desire to work with us(sgas) in these situations. They keep saying the want to but then they go and try and take their children away.
