How to create poll systems is not a problem -- I know how to create several. The question was which of the many designs out there would you like to have, if there was anything in particular that caught your eye.
We won't be borrowing from anybody else's programming, since I prefer for various reasons to custom-write every line of code that makes this site run. But if you like the type of polls movingon.org has, I could go take a look and emulate it with my own programming :-)
