Yeah, I did write something on this--originally for xfamily, and it was posted in the article on Clare Borowick. That article has been revised a few times since then, though.

You might look for Argentine Court Case at xfamily. I think they've done a lot of compiling and summarizing the documents related to that and the related child abduction case.

I've also written more generally about how child welfare investigations are carried out and why so few of them result in a finding of guilt. Bottom line is, courts really don't want to take kids away from their parents, and if the parents show a reasonably good attempt at cleaning up their act, they usually regain custody. What the Family leaves out of it's "We've never been convicted" statements is a description of all the changes they had to implement in order for the parents & kids to stay together.

Also, there are some postings on the Australian case, which was primarily thrown out due to procedural errors on the part of Aus child welfare authorities. There wasn't an acquittal of the case, there was a finding against child welfare for screwing up the investigation.
