Wanting to sell my book to survive

Posted by Billie on December 21, 2006 at 19:19:22

Thanks for the support and understanding you have shown me here. I felt it was a bit harsh what was said on the other website. I think its best they just take down my post. They really showed the spirit of love.

If I can just get enough people to purchase my book I will be OK. That would cover my financial needs. I’m not asking for charity, I’m offering something of value for money.

I will contact Not Dead Yet and see what they can do to help me. The problem is I’m not in the United States and it makes it very difficult for any agency to help me in the Dominican Republic.

I’m totally bedridden and can’t come back to the United States, because I have nobody who will help me do everything that’s necessary to get me set up and with contacts. Besides I don’t have the money to come back and start all over. Where I am now the doctors and dentists come to my apartment to take care of me, that’s far better than me transporting.

I appreciate your understanding. I feel so alone lying in bed all the time. The people who take care of me are not my friends, and I certainly can’t share my financial situation with them or they would be looking for another job. Ah, the joys of being bedridden and without any family living.

Best wishes,
Billie
