I just read your free chapters and I am dying to buy the book! I just have to wait till my credit card is back to normal. I've been maxing it out again with Christmas shopping, but I will be able to buy your book in a week or two! I want you to know I read what you posted at the other site, and the reaction you got was uncalled for. Over the top. Unwarranted. I respect you for keeping your cool and dignity in the face of being patronized about enjoying some better health. I wonder why the coordinators on this site are strangely silent.
