Do you use a link from "Favorites" in your Browser to get to the site? You may have to delete the old one and configure Favorites with a new one.
That happened to me here. When the site here added the Upload Directory on the left menu, I didn't have it. I couldn't figure it out and no matter how many times I came here it wasn't there. Until I typed in the address fresh on my homepage to come here and presto ...there it was. Then I redid the link in Favorites.
