What browser are you using (IE or FireFox?), and what version?
There is a setting in Internet Explorer 7 that allows you to tell it when to check to see if a page is updated.
To get there, you click Tools, then Internet Options. Under Browsing History click the button that says "Settings".
There will be a place that says "Check for newer versions of stored pages". On mine I have it set on "Automatically".
Of course, if you are running a different version or Firefox, this could be useless info. Please let me know what you find out.
