I don't know if there was anything similar happening, perhaps there was but I can't remember. What I do remember, and I am forgetful sometimes, was my not programming the scripts that run the "Refresh Table of Contents" button correctly. Recently some people had trouble seeing the "Upload Directory" link on the left as well, but that was due to their having an old bookmark, which was my fault anyway since I should have remembered to fix that leftover link.
There are always so many loose ends to tie up with scripts!
Feel free to discuss the issue here and get to the bottom of why the new software causes a problem. I'm curious about what might be causing the problem too. If there's anything you need help with, scripts included let me know.
