CB, what you've described is pretty strange. Have you tried manually clearing your browser's cache yet? If not, in IE6 click Tools -> Internet Options, then on the General tab, under Temporary Internet Files, click the Delete Files button, check "Delete all offline content," then click OK. Finally, close all open instances of your browser, then try accessing the site again. Let us know if that changes anything.
