Does anyone know what the definition of "LTO" is? It was for the intended audience of a "Mo Letter". That is, they could be either "DO", "GP", "DFO", etc. I seem to remember that "LTO" had something to do with being for "leaders only", or something. It might have meant something like, "Leadership Trainees Only".
