Sara Davidito's letter, Liberty or Stumbling Block, advises adults that adult-child or adult-adolescent sexual contact is not a good idea because 1) it is illegal and the System will use it against TF, and 2) it is not producing good fruit for the kids who've been exposed to "sharing" with adults.

As someone else pointed out, if Liberty or Stumbling Block respresents the Family's official ban on adult/child and adult/adolescent sex, then the date should be 1987--the point at which the letter was released--and not 1986, the date on which the letter was logged as published. Dating the official ban to 1986 is an example of revisionism. The ban went into effect in 1987, assuming the letter was read. I'd also say it's revisionist to claim Liberty or Stumbling Block constitutes an official ban, but it's basically a matter of interpretation.

There is plenty of evidence that adult/adolescent sex continued after 1986 or 1987. Just not officially. Davida Kelley places the year of Maria's incesting of Rick (then 14 years old) as 1989. Lots of SGAs will tell you they were molested after 1986-87.

TF has age rules about child on child or adolescent on child or adolescent on adolescent sex play. How strictly these rules are enforced is another question.
