You got that right. From the very earliest days leaders lived by their own rules. I've seen it personally, from way back at the Burlington compound where Caleb was frequently visibly drunk, to more recent years. No matter what country, whenever I was "privileged" to be around leaders their double-standard hypocrisy was apparent and caused great confusion (pun intended) in my indoctrinated mind. The current crop of leaders is no better, and probably worse, since they now have no justification for continuing their evil ways. Berg was a false prophet, plain and simple.
