According to they way I understand it, Ricky was there and witnessed Paul and Marianne refusing to take her to a hospital , but instead had her on a couch and prayed over her until she died. Then they drove her body around for three days looking for a place to dump her while her body was decomposing , so they finally found some isolated place to bury her. Her parents to this day, don't know what happened to her. Sad.
I'm sure they limited who got to see that happen, so they could go out and lie about it.
