While there is evidence that Angela Smith sexually abused Davidito when he was a toddler, I haven't not seen any evidence indicating that she fellated him at that time. The person who did that (and we know this to be a fact because The Family published in "My Little Fish" a photograph of her doing that) was Sara Stevenson Kelley.
Also, while I have not read the full report by the Tuscon Police Department, those who have reported that there was "no evidence" that Ms. Smith was tortured by Mr. Rodriguez.
