IMO, the "high profile" argument is weak. In the early 80's they were leaders. Not for very long, only to be demoted and sent to be "retrained" in Brazil then all over the US in some very cruel situations. That seems like quite a while ago to still be consiered high profile after 20 yrs of being nobodies.
