"This book should be required reading for all FGAs."

Nothing should be required reading. We're not in a cult anymore. We don't need a license for being a non-member, or to study to pass an ex-cult exam. There is no guarantee anything will be attained through reading a book. Recommended reading, maybe. And even that's a weak maybe, because everyone's experience is different. It's quite possible there are some to whom the FG vs SG issue would have little or no bearing, even if it "should."*

*What G is someone who joined in 1998 at the age of 19 for 10 months and was mainly a catacomber, and isn't able to relate to anysort of G-categorizing?
