I don't have time to rewrite it. I meant to say in conclusion that whatever happens in regards to nations not getting their act together, it certainly isn't because of racial composition. Africa was/is a mess not because it is full of African blood. Communism didn't fail because it was full of Africans or full of Russian/Soviet genes (whatever they might be). China didn't lose the Opium War because the Chinese were less crafty by virtue of their race. Things like that are not a question of genetics.
