Yes, it's Danny of Becky (China Lit Pic fame). His son Joseph is in many of the pics there. His older twin boys Michael and Martin live in Africa and are part of a dance team there.
The TF in Taiwan has for many years used the English angle to get a chance to woo the local youth to their beliefs. Most would not go to such a place for religous reasons only, so they use English practise as the bait. If you click on the link: "blog" and go to the bottom of the page you will see a pic of Chinese Becky at the front right of the group. I know this as I lived there for many years.
