Thanks for the feedback...I guess it would be hard for us Exers to find a note/memo..original letter, where TF-leadership had mistakenly or else leaked, that they must lie about this to the
"normal low rank soldier"...it could be possible though, to argue by conflicting logic/reasoning, that this or that should be a lie & more recently it should/could be the case with the teenage/adult-sex-abolition-time-question?

Therefore I meant a time where Berg was still alive, because he imagined himself as being the biblical "Endtime-David"...and we/I went unfortunately along."I will not lie unto David" he liked that OT-portion...& I think his "morality"(??)/ethics "forbade" him also to deliberately lie to TF...to deceive to about anyone, as the whole selah-secretness proves, but I am not so sure, we can easily find an example where he outrightly lied to TF, although I would love to know such an example...I think the "old man" had some ethics here & there, like being not utterly wasteful like other "leaders"...may be...

The system could be deceived, may be even lied to, the white lie, to save some situation, to protect innocent parties etc, to my impression of Berg's thinking, because the system is also deceiving us & he more or less hated the system...but I am not so sure "how he hated us enough to outrightly lie to us"...I think he thought to be on some mission & to save that mission sometimes "odd" measurements had to be taken, including deceiving us at times...anyway, that's probably something only WS insiders would know more about.

Point 4) is pretty interesting, but Berg died 94, so it's again a more recent example, I think... to my impression, TF is really
"different" now..in many aspects
