Hi there...I hope someone comes up with a more decent answer than mine...however, I feel responsible/the duty to say something in general.

The first thing I noticed is, you already did something, stopped answering the door...

On the other hand it might "kill" the possibilities to get a clue, to know more about them...if they are TF, which could be (but isn't verified ???)...they probably give you a "funky" organisation-name...and at some point or the other, which you have to "feel", it might be good to corner them & ask what connections they have with TF or rather Karen Zerby...the leader....if you suspect them to be it.

If they're genuinely good people, they should tell the truth, although they always try the biblical "deceivers yet true" to the "limits"...

Next it might be good to know, if some church &/or government agency nearby knows about their activities, whether they're kosher...like the provisioned goods etc...often collected under some pretense....further, whether the kids have the schooling & provision guaranteed/required by your nations & international laws...

I am pretty certain, you can't do much about the visitors...unless the landlord has some restrictions in mind plus your nation's laws...same goes for partying etc.

It might not be much to begin with, but just inform yourself here from the info provided or elsewhere & compare it with their "actions"...

If they say, that they're some type of NG-helporganisation, ask them for some leaflets...may be you run into some donors of goods & ask them what they were donated for....

But for the beginning it might just be observing & collecting info & "keeping nevertheless your own peace" ; )
