I've had a great response from the Round Rock police Department as well as our homeowners association. Appearently both have had complaints from others. Also the IRS has told me TFI is one of their biggest cases right now and asked me for license plate information and descriptions of who is living there. So I feel much better knowing this kind of fraud is not tolerated in the US. Thanks again to all who have given advice!
