Dear VM...it's really very touching, what you wrote...it's some of the most touching things I read on exfam...besides the sad accounts of the abused generation...there is a lot to repent from for us older generation and since the greek root stems from the idea of rethinking...that is what it is...pausing...deeply reflecting...then being guided by the right thoughts, making the right decisions...going in the right direction...and that is out of TF...many are plagued by fears, that they could be receiving "heavenly punishments" for it....instead, I realised, things were overall better, however not a smooth ride altogether....but for someone used/abused to TF life one could easily think, that that one can also make it in the world outside....so I wish you that for you and your loved ones...Some time ago this year I had a short correspondance with dear Celeste and she said it might not take too long...something like 5 years...until TF is kind of "coming down"...not her words...but kind of an/my reflection...I smiled at that...I grew up in West-Berlin and if I had had to bet on the coming down of the Berlin wall during my life in my teenage years, I would have bet 0 dollars...later it seemed possible ...during TF...in the course of fulfilled endtime-prophecy...along with all the other "red-brigades" taking over...I was so stunned by the crumbling of the walls.....incredible...though I still think it was possible by "little help" of some "friends" in higher places...

All to say...stunning developments...apparently in TF...but truth prevails and not fictive prophecies...may be you understand a little bit the cessationists...the Darbyists...who think prophecy to be a thing of the past (admitted exception even for them Rev. 11!!!)...since we have the word available...this is a journey's debate...(for that board...according to the rules)

So I really like to commend your post...the spirit of it...and then my "big hug" for you...for having that remorse over the deception of the past...may be you can accept my statement: I know how it feels...my son studies history among other things...he has also interest in the war crimes/accounts and inquired about it, he said, that's also a way to help prevent things...my father went to war (WWII)...a horrendous thing...Germany got defeated and for us as the new generation it is still a time of trying to "get" what went wrong where...so may be you take heart in all that...I posted often here something about visual deception...world-history...as I believe it...started out with a deception...so if you got deceived too...then it proves the general point ; ) ....isn't it??...well, kind of hard to get thrown out of paradise...either literally or of the one of the thoughts...made up by TF...

I would wish you all though, who leave now...that although you have to build up a new life...having primary importance...that you kind of bond with each other in a supportive system...the world out there is not really a soft cushion either....

That happens to be one reason, why TF got founded...because the "rat-race"...the destruction (Vietnam)...was something
really deplorable...besides the big void in the heart...I wish you success in putting the puzzle together (it doesn't take a study in history
; ) though) and coming out victoriously....thanks for coming to the board and hopefully it won't be the last time...as you wish
