I believe the name of the country is "United States of America". Some people, including me, in ignorance or laziness, call it America. Popular use doesn't make it right or correct.
Contrary to the advertisement, it is also politically incorrect, confusing and offensive to millions of people. America is a continent with many countries in it, not the country in which about 50% of its people are obnoxious and hateful.
