Thank you. It was easier to write something here than discuss it IRL. I even asked my family to stop calling because talking only made me feel worse. I am only now starting to open up to some colleagues who obviously had to be informed what was going on. I will be getting some counseling once a week. This was the most painful decision to make and one I will have to live with forever.
